Plan and oversee WTG erection activities, including tower, nacelle, hub, and blade installation.
- Supervise and guide erection subcontractors and ensure work is performed per standards and procedures.
- Monitor daily progress and resolve technical issues on-site in coordination with engineering teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Conduct pre-erection inspections and verify crane setups, rigging plans, and equipment certifications.
- Coordinate with logistics and site management to ensure timely availability of WTG components and erection equipment.
- Prepare and maintain site documentation such as checklists, daily reports, and quality records.
- Attend site meetings, prepare erection status reports, and escalate delays or issues to project management.
- Support commissioning and handover processes after successful mechanical completion.
- Implement lessons learned and continuously improve erection methods and practices.3+ years of experience in wind turbine erection or heavy equipment installation (preferred).
- Familiarity with WTG components, crane operations, and lifting techniques.
- Working knowledge of HSE standards and risk assessments related to wind farm construction.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, erection manuals, and project documentation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in remote project locations under challenging conditions.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
