1. Responsible for allotment of rooms to the students and the staff, as may be approved by the competent authority.

2. Ensure general discipline is maintained inside the hostel at all the times.

3. Implement the orders passed by the Senior Management / office of the Registrar / Principal.

4. To solve the day to day problems of the students and deal with the acts of indiscipline of the students.

5. Attend to the complaints / grievances of the residents and find / advise possible solutions.

6. Responsible for upkeep & maintenance of the infrastructure & the equipments. Report all defects to the concerned departments and ensure follow ups for timely completion.

7. Look after the quality of food, hygiene, timing of the food served in the hostels mess.

8. To maintain the various registers and ledgers necessary for smooth functioning of the hostel from time to time.

9. To maintain overall ambiance of the hostel premises (Housekeeping, Horticulture, sanitation etc) and ensure proper maintenance of the rooms and hostel premises.

10. Reports to the Registrar / Head of the Institution in case of any indiscipline or misbehavior by the students.

11. Looks into the grievances/complaints of the students if found genuine.

12. Arranges for first-aid in case of any emergency and arrange for medication / hospitalization of student/staff, if required.

13. Randomly check the rooms and visit the students / staff to identify their needs at any time.

14. Maintain & verify the hostel inventory / stock periodically.

15. Ensure that the rules & regulations laid down for the administration at the Hostel are fully complied by all hostel residents.

16. Keep a record of items in / items out in the register.

17. Ensure to restrict un-authorized entry of personnel / material at the hostel. Report any mishap to the Principal / Registrar / HR department / Security Supervisor on duty, as the case may be.

18. Ensure timely receipt of all dues from the hostel residents and report lapses to the senior management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
