**Qualifications-**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Familiarity with mobile technology
- Pleasant, friendly disposition
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Typing letters, narrative reports and other items in final format\
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Carry out clerical duties such as filing, copying and printing
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies

**Responsibility**

Support the management in implementing the policies and tasks those will be ordered from time to time.

**Language**

Marathi, Hindi, English, Gujarathi,

**Salary**

20-25 thousand per month.
