**Key Responsibilities**
- Type and format letters, reports, estimates, contracts, and other construction-related documents in Hindi and English.
- Prepare minutes of meetings, site instructions, and internal memos.
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of project correspondence and administrative data.
- Transcribe handwritten notes and site records into digital format.
- Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and office staff to collect and prepare documentation.
- Handle confidential documents with discretion.
- Support the admin team with basic clerical tasks as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience as a Typist, Data Entry Operator, or Administrative Assistant (preferably in a construction or infrastructure company).
- Proficiency in **Hindi typing (Krutidev, Mangal, or Unicode)** and English typing.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 wpm in English, 30 wpm in Hindi).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Familiarity with construction terms and formats is an advantage.

**Education & Experience**
- Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
- Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications (preferred).
- 1-2 years of typing or administrative experience in a construction company or similar field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
