**The Role**
The role is responsible for the overall design and strategy in creating business solutions using the Power Platform. The role understands the capabilities of the platform, creates and documents technical specifications and propose innovative ways of translating business needs into actual solutions to move the business forward. The position will work with other cross-functional and project specific teams to use approved technical and security standards. This position requires a technology expert well-versed in full Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Power Virtual Agents), Microsoft 365 and Azure SQL.
- Design solutions using Power Platform stack (model driven apps, canvas apps, Power automate, Power portals, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Common Data Source) to meet business client needs
- Involve in all the project phases, from defining new technical architectures, proposing innovative solutions using Power Platform tools to meet business client needs
- Document Power Platform concepts for environments based on industry standards and best practices
- Work in an agile environment and provide technical leadership to the team throughout all agile ceremonies
- Work with relevant cross-functional teams (Enterprise Architecture/Security) to validate the consistency of a solution design with the strategic technology direction and standards.
**The Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or relevant field
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years of architect-role experience in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Apps Portals, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Common Data Service, Connectors), Microsoft 365, Azure SQL
- Proven track record of successfully defining and articulating solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform including integration directly into Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Strong functional knowledge and expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI) with hands-on experience in designing and delivering customer solutions using rapid development as software delivery model, with various connectors.
- Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
- Experience in the use of Azure DevOps as workflow management tool or equivalent
- Excellent organization skills; manages time effectively by placing the right focus on value adding operations. Strong verbal (solid synthesis) and written communication skills (presentations). Ability to coordinate day-to-day activities of a rapid development team, plan and respond to urgent requests, and mindfulness to business commitments.
- Self-motivated and ability to remain focused on assigned projects.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in databases such as SQL Server or equivalent
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
**Salary**: ₹720,782.80 - ₹2,005,110.49 per year
