**Summary** - **Job Profile**: in probationary period: Eco Detective; Post Probation Period: Business Development Executive - **Required Qualification**: Psychology or Any Graduate - **Experience Required**: fresher - Probation Period**:three months** Stipend for a probation period of three months: 25 thousand per (26 days) month. Fixed component 25k, variable 36 to 72 k. To retain your district you must earn a minimum variable Incentive 24k each month. - CTC Range**:*Annual**7**Lac to**48 Lac*; (depending upon the performance in the probation period). - **Location**: Remote, extensive field work in native district but personal vehicle for travel is not allowed; to prevent pollution in the environment. Frustration, anger and testosterone are the most dangerous drugs on the highway; neither they help for longevity nor they speed up us towards our. - **Work type**: Extensive field job - **Languages**: Hindi, English + Bengali/Telugu/Tamil/Gujarati/Kannada - **Working days**: Flexible - **Work Timing**: Flexible working hours **Detailed Day-to-day responsibilities**: - **In probation period**: - Create a list of local educators (tutors) through referrals, online research, and personal connections. - Visit prospective educators & mobile / stationery dealers to assess their suitability as our Mission Associates. - Find persons in all large villages (population > 3000) to represent us (as our Mission Associate) who want to earn a good living (earning > Rs. 2.5 lakhs/month). - Conduct regular digital/social media awareness campaigns, map tagging, SMS campaigning & onsite promotions. - Test eligibility of enrolled students and send qualified ones to the IoK® - Make travel arrangements for students. - Recruit Junior/Batch mates as **Eco Detective** in neighboring districts. - Don't go home until you've found at least one person who wants to earn over Rs. 2.5 lakhs/month by becoming our Mission Associate **Performance Parameters**: **Daily**: - Secure telephonic appointments with pre-qualified prospects. - Authorize Mission Associates (**MA**) in a large village. **Monthly**: - Achieve **>12 eligible and active Mission Associates (12 aMA)**. - Collective minimum monthly average student enrollment**:60+**_**.**_ **Pay Scale**: - Regular **CTC** **7**to**48 lac*, (depending upon the performance in the probation period) after successful completion of probation period of three to six months.
