Steward

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Steward** to join our team. The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, supporting food preparation areas, and ensuring all equipment is clean, sanitized, and properly stored.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and back-of-house areas, including floors, walls, and surfaces.
- Assist with the proper waste disposal and recycling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
- Organize and store all kitchen equipment and supplies neatly.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring work areas are stocked and clean.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures, including hygiene and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a steward or kitchen helper preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
