
Urgent Hiring Personal Loan Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a motivated and target-driven individual to join our team as a Personal Loan Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling personal loan products to potential customers. As a Personal Loan Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This is an urgent hiring opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and excellent interpersonal skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage with prospective customers to understand their financial needs and present the benefits of our personal loan offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and increase sales opportunities.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine customers' eligibility for personal loans and provide appropriate loan recommendations based on their needs.
- Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment options, and any related queries to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the organization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns to attract new customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities using the CRM system.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry or personal loan sales.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Sound knowledge of personal loan products, financial services, and industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales software to manage leads and track sales activities.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in dealing with customers' financial information.
- Results-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate customer schedules.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
