**Reports To**:Chief Operations Officer (COO), Board of Directors

**Purpose**: The purpose of this job is to manage and maintain the organization's ERP System and overall information technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and providing technical support to the end-users. It involves implementing and optimizing ERP and other softwares and systems, ensuring data security, and collaborating with teams to support business objectives through ecient IT solutions.

**Context**: In this role, you will contribute to the IT department's tech enablement and transformation initiatives, managing and optimizing the organization's technology infrastructure. You will play a key role in implementing innovative software solutions, ensuring data security, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives through advanced IT capabilities.
- **Role Accountabilities**:_

**ERP Implementation and Customization**

**Workflow Management and User Training Support**
- Automate workflows, improve SoPs, eliminate duplicity. -Collaborate cross-functional teams, enable IT solutions. -Train teams on applicable ERP modules for smooth ops. -Conduct IT security awareness training for employees.

**IT Infrastructure Management**
- Manage IT infrastructure - servers, networks, workstations. -Monitor system performance, optimize IT infrastructure.Administer user accounts, access control & permissions.Handle ITAM & ITSM - Asset & Service Management-Liaise with IT vendors for procurement & support.Maintain biometric & access control hardware.Ensure logs and system records are accurate & organized.

**Troubleshooting and Technical Support**
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and errors.Identify & resolve discrepancies from data migration/API. -Provide tech support, troubleshoot issues for end-users.

**Data Security and Compliance**
- Adhere to IT policies, regulations, and best practices. -Ensure data security & protect from potential threats. -Conduct IT audits and ensure compliance.

**Software and License Management**
- Manage software licenses, ensure compliance. -Manage SaaS renewals & software licenses.

**Cloud Services and Online Platforms**

**Continuous Learning and Technological Updates**
- Stay updated with emerging tech trends, suggest solutions. -Gather feedback, enhance UI/UX for user-friendly exp.

**Minimum Experience**:3+ years of Hands-on experience with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, support, system administration. Previous exposure to ERP System Integration, API & Web Server Management including IT security practices and data protection.

**Essential Knowledge**: Awareness of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to IT. In-depth understanding of hardware, IoT,softwares, SAAS, and networking technologies. IT project management methodologies to plan and execute projects eefectively. Data analysis methodologies for evaluating system performance and identifying improvements.

**ERP**: Frappe, ERPNext, Zoho, Stitch MES
