**Integration Architect**

The Integration Architect **specializes and provides technical oversight for integration of our existing business systems as well new business systems.**

**Advise organizations on the process of integrating technological systems and programs to ensure they work together seamlessly**. Oversees the entire process from planning and configuration to installation, and also provide post-installation support and troubleshooting.

The Integration Architect will support and manage the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and Integration space, overseeing all data integrations needs and engage with other specialists in connecting customers, vendors, and other data sources as needed. Responsible for implementing reliable, secure connections and flows that exchange data between endpoints over various communication protocols. Will be instrumental in the architectural design and setup for all connections, and take primary responsibility for communicating status, issues and resolutions with internal stakeholders and external Customer/Vendors. The Integrations Architect will report to the Applications Manager
- COE India.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- As a team, implement high impact and relevant domain EDI initiatives with EDI ANSI X12, EDIFACT, or any other standard as may be required
- Assist in developing and implementing the future integration roadmap and that supports Dynapac’s growth
- Assist and oversee implementing systems integration projects (SAP and Non SAP)
- Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability, execute contingency plans in case of system outages as well as support and troubleshoot all related technical problems
- Document interfaces for future training and reviews of interface landscape
- Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility of the interface, including method of connection, data being shared, security, and capabilities of both target and source systems
- Perform risk assessments to understand and communicate project risks and ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Prioritizing/assigning/managing work assignments/, coordinating with business users on time expectations
- Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to the Integrations/EDI Team
- Leads, coordinates, and administers key process improvements to EDI implementations
- Consults with business leaders to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives
- Creates documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, work instructions and corrections
- Installs, coordinates, and troubleshoots EDI-related products
- Defines and manages integration system backups and recovery procedures
- Work efficiently to resolve production support issues, escalating issues as needed
- Establishes and implements policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure EDI system security

**Desired Skills & Experience Requirements**
- 5+ years of working experience developing and implementing data integrations
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time Expert knowledge of EDI transaction types, both translation and transport layer
- Experience developing maps and trading partner setups
- Proficiency with communication protocols
- Ability to integrate EDI, ERP, WMS, OMS systems
- Functional experience with ERP systems (SAP4Hana, iScala)
- SQL language proficiency with at least one of the common database platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and/or DB2 database management systems
- Effectively communicate issues and resolutions with internal end users and external Customers and Vendors of varying technical abilities
- Understanding of best practice Information security in relation to EDI
- Experience working with Retailers, Carriers and 3PLs handling relationships and onboarding
- Analytical thinker with the ability to translate complex business needs into feasible technical solutions
- Previous experience as an Integrations Manager responsible for recruiting, leading, evaluating and mentoring engineering and technical teams is preferred
- Experience in working or leading a high volume EDI integration operation
- Strong organizational skills and dedication to quality delivery with a proven track record of consistently meeting project deadlines
- Requires mínimal supervision with excellent attention to detail; can play a leadership role
- Effectively present ideas and solutions to small or large audiences of customers, clients, managers, and other stakeholders
- Adapt and proactive at problem-solving and conflict resolution

**Knowledge and Educational Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable education or equivalent years of experience
- Fluency in English, spoken and written is a must. Other languages
