**Job Summary**

Tulasi Healthcare is a Psychiatric and Drug Rehabilitation Center in Gurugram and Delhi, involved in psycho-social rehabilitation of mental illness and substance abuse disorder. We deal with acute and chronic mental illness. This facility is 20 years old. Looking for RMO with appropriate experience in Psychiatry and keen to work with such patients.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Monitor Vitals, RBS, various lab reports and ECG.
- Assess and screen patients by conducting psychiatric evaluations, including interviews, medical histories, physical exams, observations.
- Analyze data and results of assessments.
- Monitor patients to determine efficacy and potential side effects of medications
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Complete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Collaborate with a broader team of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Psychiatric Social Workers and Nurses to assess and adjust treatment plans
- Coordinate and communicate with Psychiatrists and Psychologists about treatment and care.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- MBBS with a minimum of 6 months - 1 year of Experience in the field of Psychiatry.
- Licensed to practice medicine in state of practice.
- Registered with Haryana Medical Council (HMC) will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with crisis assessment tools and techniques
- Strong working knowledge of general Psychiatric principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Gurgaon - 122102, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi & English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Registration (preferred)
