**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Support**:

- Provide expert advice on the progression of math topics for students aged 10-14.
- Ensure content aligns with key learning objectives and skills for primary and lower secondary mathematics.
- **Content Development**:

- Create clear, engaging, and age-appropriate resources such as:

- Practice exercises and problem sets
- Step-by-step solution guides
- Real-world math word problems
- Visual aids, math games, and interactive activities
- Short assessment quizzes with marking schemes
- **Content Review**:

- Review and refine existing materials for clarity, accuracy, and learner engagement.
- Suggest improvements to enhance understanding, especially for complex or abstract concepts.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Attend occasional team planning meetings (typically online).
- Work closely with instructional designers and content developers to ensure math materials are well-integrated into digital platforms.
- **Innovation & Feedback**:

- Recommend creative ways to present math concepts using visuals, real-life scenarios, or gamified content.
- Give feedback on the effectiveness of exercises and whether they support logical thinking, problem-solving, and conceptual understanding.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience teaching Mathematics to upper primary and/or Form 1-2 students.
- Experience preparing lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments for various ability levels.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of core math concepts: number sense, fractions, geometry, algebraic thinking, problem-solving, and data handling.
- Excellent written communication and instructional writing skills.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas for younger learners in a logical and engaging way.
- **Preferred Experience**:

- Previous involvement in curriculum design, educational publishing, or digital content development.
- Familiarity with visual models (e.g., bar models, number lines) and modern pedagogy such as inquiry-based learning.
