**Job Highlights**:

- Ensuring consistent and accurate medical recordkeeping / practice complying with all applicable statutory and healthcare regulation including LANXESS Health and Hygiene Directives.
- Examine and advise post injury and or illness return to work cases.
- Visiting hospital and coordinate with external doctors in case of employee is hospitalized. Assist and advise Management and family of Hospitalized employee.
- Carrying out all Pre medical, Periodical medical and Exit medical check up for all employees/contract associates.
- Educate, counsel and advise employees/contract associate on medical / health condition if any during the course of employment along with follow thru for improvement there upon.
- Preparing & Managing allocated budgets and identifying areas of improvements of OHC.
- Maintenance of adequate stocks of medicines, required antidote and medical/ surgical equipment’s.
- Proactively advice Management on amenities, equipment’s and practices needed the most to mitigate occupational hazard in the working premises.
- Conducting proactive awareness campaigns on Health, Ergonomics, First Aid Industrial/personal health and hygiene.
- Coordinate with Hospitals for Tie-ups and extended services needed by organisation.
- Liasoning and Coordination with certifying surgeon, external doctors and other government authorities.
- Framing and implementing of Medical Policy in line with LANXESS Health and Hygiene directives.

**Requirements**:

- MBBS + AFIH/ CIH
- 10 Years of experience in Industry
- Knowledge of MS Office
