**Position Overview**: As a Graphic Designer Intern at Digikave, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and enhance your skills in the exciting field of digital marketing. Working closely with our creative team, you will contribute to the development and execution of visually appealing and engaging designs for a variety of marketing materials, both digital and print. This internship program will provide you with valuable industry knowledge, exposure to real-world projects, and the chance to showcase your creativity in a professional setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and design briefs.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website elements, infographics, brochures, and more.
- Use industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to develop high-quality designs.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from the team to refine designs and ensure they meet project objectives.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing the company's digital assets, including graphics, stock photos, and fonts.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent branding and design across various marketing channels.
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of design assets.
- Contribute creative ideas and suggestions during brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
- Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude, taking initiative in learning and contributing to the team's success.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and creativity.
- Knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and platforms is a plus.
- Availability to work during regular day shift hours.

Duration and Compensation: This is a 6-month internship program with the possibility of a permanent job offer upon successful completion. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 8000 to 12000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
