We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive.
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Must have own laptop for work
Job Details:
- Experience: Fresher
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Job Location: Onsite (Pune)
- Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Salary: ₹10,000 per month during the 6-month probationary period. Upon successful completion, the salary will be increased to a maximum of ₹15,000 per month. Annual salary reviews will be conducted thereafter.
