**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Assist in the design and development of data models and dashboards.
- Perform data cleansing and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Create and maintain reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings.
- Use statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and support decision-making.
- Write code (e.g., Python, SQL) for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in data analytics.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- A recent graduate with a degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, SQL, or R.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
