**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design **high-quality visual assets** including **banners, social media posts, landing pages, website UI, thumbnails, presentations, and marketing materials**.
- Develop **branding elements** such as logos, typography, color schemes, and design guidelines.
- Collaborate with **marketing and development teams** to ensure designs align with branding and business goals.
- Design **conversion-focused landing pages** with a strong emphasis on **user experience (UX) and aesthetics**.
- Optimize graphics for **performance, responsiveness, and accessibility** across various devices.
- Stay updated with the latest **design trends, UI/UX best practices, and industry standards**.
- Work on **interactive prototypes and wireframes** to present design concepts effectively.
- Maintain a consistent **brand identity** across all digital and print materials.
- Use **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or other tools** for additional design tasks when needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience as a Visual Designer, UI/UX Designer, or Graphic Designer**.
- Strong **expertise in Figma** (Auto Layout, Variants, Components, Prototyping).
- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva**.
- Experience in **creating UI/UX designs for web and mobile platforms**.
- Ability to design **marketing and branding materials** such as **thumbnails, ads, posters, and banners**.
- Strong understanding of **typography, color theory, and layout design**.
- Knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and front-end design trends** is a plus.
- Familiarity with **motion graphics and video editing** (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a **fast-paced environment**.
- **Portfolio showcasing design work** across UI/UX, branding, and marketing materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
