**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Phlebotomy**:

- Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures accurately and efficiently.
- Collect blood samples from patients of all ages, ensuring mínimal discomfort.
- Label and prepare samples for laboratory testing, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment.
- **Home Sample Collection**:

- Schedule and coordinate home visits to collect samples from patients.
- Navigate various locations, including residential and corporate settings.
- Interact with patients professionally and empathetically, explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
- Ensure timely and accurate sample collection and transportation.
- **Corporate and Public Health Camps**:

- Participate in organizing and conducting health camps at various locations.
- Screen and collect samples from a large number of individuals in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide health education and awareness to participants.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sample collection and patient information.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or certificate in Phlebotomy or Medical Laboratory Technology.
- Proven experience in phlebotomy and sample collection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
