- As the TM Pre-packing team Manager work involves to ensure the timely packing of Raw Material (Min. Ageing), VOR & critical orders with highest productivity and maintaining material flow on shop floor through optimal utilization of resources. Maintaining Equipment to improve OEE by loss elimination and ensure 100% JH activities adherence.
To ensure packing of right material at right time at right qty for Customer satisfaction.**A purpose driven role for you**
- Your key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Adherence to daily Prepacking plan w.r.t Business needs & Manpower handling
2. Ensuring Packing of VOR & New Model Parts within Same Shift
3. Achieve Operational Excellence by adhering the best practices of TPM and idea generation for Innovation at shop floor.
4. Training need Identification for Operators & Preparation of skill matrix, make efforts to upgrade the skill level.**A Day in the life**
- 1. Rotational workmen, Training on Lines, Adherences of Systems and Procedures.
2. Workmen capability for Part Identification and execution of correct part
3. Versatile Part Range to be executed with in shift to serve customers across globe
4. Providing the training to the workers related to IMS standards (IS0 9001,14001,45001,50001) and TPM.
5. Encouraing the team for giving the suggestions related to Saving in Energy consumption, process improvements in their respective areas etc.**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- Diploma with Minimum 3 to 4 Years of experience**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Ability to handle the Manpower
- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
- Knowledge of TPM, SAP & MS Office
- Knowledge of Products (2 wheeler Parts) and Processes
