Phosphating Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor the phosphating line, including tanks for cleaning, rinsing, phosphating, and post-treatment.
- Monitor and adjust chemical concentrations, temperature, and immersion times according to established procedures and specifications.
- Perform regular chemical titrations and other tests to ensure bath parameters are within specified ranges.
- Identify and troubleshoot common issues with the phosphating process, reporting complex problems to the supervisor or maintenance.
- Collaborate with other production team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate or diploma in chemistry, chemical processing, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret process instructions, safety data sheets (SDS), and quality specifications.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality control methods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
