- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding the products they need.
- Provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and offer recommendations based on their needs.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell products.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales area, including shelves, displays, and product signage.
- Receive and stock merchandise, ensuring proper pricing and labeling.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
