
Robotics Instructor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Travel to various high schools to provide on-site robotics instruction for students.
- Develop and implement engaging, hands-on lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational objectives.
- Teach robotics concepts, including programming, engineering, and design principles, using a variety of teaching methods and tools to ensure student comprehension and engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to students as they work on individual and team-based projects, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and understanding of the material.
- Collaborate with school administrators and teachers to coordinate schedules, plan events, and share feedback on the program's effectiveness.
- Stay current with the latest developments and advancements in robotics and STEM education, integrating new ideas and technologies into the curriculum as appropriate.
- Assist in the organization and preparation of robotics competitions, workshops, and other extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
- Ensure that all equipment and materials are properly maintained and in good working order.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of robotics concepts, programming languages, and design principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative lesson plans and teaching strategies.
- Proficient in the use of various teaching tools and technologies, including computer programs and software, robotic kits, and other educational resources.
- Ability and willingness to travel to different school locations as needed.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with Arduino, Rasberry Pi, Tinkercad, FIRST Robotics, VEX Robotics, or similar robotics competition platforms.
- Experience in curriculum development and assessment.
- Familiarity with national and state STEM education standards.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
