Migration: IBM WebSphere (on-prem) to WebSphere Liberty (on AWS)

**Essential Skills (Two top skills)**
- Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
- Hands-on experience in migrating legacy WebSphere environments to Liberty on
AWS
- Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services, including EC2, EKS, IAM.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE development
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline development using tools like

Roles & Responsibilities

**Experience**
- **Must-Have Skills**:
Must-Have Skills:Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
- Hands-on experience in migrating legacy WebSphere environments to Liberty on AWS
- Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services, including EC2, EKS, IAM.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE development
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline development using tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, or similar.
- Experience with IBM MQ
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such
as Docker and Kubernetes.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Exposure to Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, or API Gateway
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of compliance and security best practices in cloud-based environments

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end migration of middleware services from IBM WebSphere on-prem to
WebSphere Liberty on AWS
- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and development teams to ensure successful deployment and integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments.
- Monitor system performance and scalability post-migration and optimize as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and organizational standards for security, reliability, and performance.
