We are looking for an experienced **HTML/CSS Designer** with strong front-end development skills to create responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web designs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Convert UI/UX designs (Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD) into **pixel-perfect, semantic HTML5/CSS3**.
- Create **responsive layouts** using Flexbox, CSS Grid, and media queries.
- Ensure **cross-browser and cross-device compatibility**.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers and developers to integrate designs seamlessly.
- Optimize front-end code for **speed, SEO, and accessibility (WCAG standards)**.
- Implement **basic interactivity** using vanilla JavaScript/jQuery when required.
- Maintain and contribute to **design systems, reusable components, and style guides**.
- Debug and resolve UI/UX issues across different browsers and devices.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 3-4 years of professional experience in **HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design**.
- Strong expertise in **Flexbox, CSS Grid, and modern CSS methodologies (BEM, OOCSS, SMACSS)**.
- Proficiency in **cross-browser debugging and developer tools**.
- Hands-on experience with **basic JavaScript/jQuery for UI behaviors**.
- Experience in working with **Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch**.
- Knowledge of **Git version control** and collaborative workflows.
- Understanding of **web performance optimization** and SEO-friendly markup.
- Good knowledge of **accessibility practices** (alt tags, ARIA, semantic structure).

**Good to Have**
- Experience with **CSS preprocessors** (SASS/LESS) or **PostCSS**.
- Knowledge of **Tailwind CSS** or utility-first frameworks.
- Familiarity with **React/Vue templating** or CMS integration (WordPress/Headless CMS).
- Exposure to **build tools** like Webpack, Vite, or Gulp.

**Personal Attributes**
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to **manage multiple projects and deadlines** efficiently.
- Problem-solving attitude with a creative mindset.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Strong portfolio of HTML/CSS projects is **required**.
