- Strong knowledge on NetSuite, Quote to Cash, Service contract, Entitlement using SFDC and NS.
- Function as requirement/scope owners from IT side.
- Requirement Grooming. Prepare Functional/Flow Document.
- Work with business team to clarify user stories and add/update in Jira. Add acceptance criteria.
- Explaining the business requirement to Tech/QA team.
- Collaborations with upstream and downstream team for impact analysis.
- Review/Verify QA and UAT test cases.
- Product Demo to business team.
- Help to get the business sign off for UAT.
- Able to run Scrum calls.
