**2. Required Skills and QualificationsMust-Have Skills**:

- Strong foundation in **HTML**, **CSS**, and **JavaScript (ES6+)**.
- Working knowledge of **React.js**, including hooks, props, and state.
- Familiarity with tools like **npm/yarn**, **webpack/Vite**, and **version control (Git)**.
- Ability to build responsive and mobile-friendly UIs.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Familiarity with **React Router**, **Redux/Zustand**, or other state management libraries.
- Experience with **REST APIs**, **Axios/Fetch**, and basic **async programming**.
- UI frameworks like **Tailwind CSS**, **Material UI**, or **Bootstrap**.
- Knowledge of **unit testing** (Jest/React Testing Library) or **TypeScript**.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a degree in **Computer Science**, **IT**, or a related field.
- Completed projects using React (personal, academic, freelance, or open-source).
- GitHub profile or portfolio preferred.
