**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups.
- Process orders and coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM databases.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports as needed.
- Support in organizing and scheduling client meetings, events, and promotional activities.
- Track sales performance and generate reports for management review.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues as required.
- Collaborate with marketing to support sales campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales procedures.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- **[X]** years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in [Industry, e.g., FMCG, IT, Manufacturing, etc.].
- Knowledge of sales analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
