**Key Responsibilities**:

- Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content for internal and external projects.
- Collaborate with clients, producers, directors, and other creative team members to understand project goals and creative vision.
- Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, audio, camera work, and post-production.
- Ensure the final video aligns with the desired message, tone, and format for each project.
- Maintain and operate video equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
- Edit raw footage, add soundtracks, effects, and transitions, and ensure the final product is polished and professional.
- Organize and maintain video files and footage libraries for future use.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video production techniques, equipment, and industry trends.
- Ensure videos are optimized for the platform they will be displayed on (e.g., social media, website).

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience with video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- A creative eye with attention to detail and the ability to tell compelling visual stories.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Knowledge of video formats and compression techniques.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous video projects is required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understanding of color grading and sound design.
- Ability to create videos optimized for various social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram).

**Education**:
