Plumber

Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining all plumbing systems and fixtures across the property. The role ensures smooth water supply, proper drainage, and efficient functioning of all plumbing-related equipment to maintain guest satisfaction and operational safety.

- Install, repair, and maintain pipelines, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures.
- Inspect plumbing systems regularly and perform preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose plumbing issues such as leakages, blockages, and low water pressure.
- Repair and maintain water pumps, motors, water heaters, and sanitation systems.
- Ensure proper functioning of kitchen and bathroom plumbing fixtures.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from departments and guest rooms.
- Maintain inventory of plumbing materials and report shortages.
- Follow all safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with the engineering team for major repairs or renovation work.

- ITI or diploma in plumbing or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in hotels or commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, pumps, and sanitary systems.
- Ability to read basic blueprints and plumbing drawings.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency repairs.
