**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Creative Concept Development**
- Develop engaging visual concepts based on brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Translate briefs into visually compelling digital and print designs.

**Product Image Editing**
- Edit and enhance product images for e-commerce listings.
- Maintain high visual quality and consistency across all platforms.

**Ad Creatives Design**
- Design static and carousel ads, social media creatives, and performance banners.
- Work with marketing teams to produce conversion-focused graphics.

**A+ Content & Brand Store Design**
- Create visually rich A+ content and layout designs for brand stores on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team for structured content alignment.

**Packaging & Print Collaterals**
- Design packaging, product labels, brochures, and other offline marketing materials.
- Prepare print-ready files with attention to detail and quality standards.

**Web & Mobile UI Elements**
- Design web sliders, mobile banners, icons, buttons, and other UI design elements.
- Ensure optimized visuals for both desktop and mobile views.

**Video Editing & Motion Graphics** _(Optional)_
- Create short product videos, reels, and animated creatives for campaigns and social platforms.
- Add motion effects to static creatives for better engagement.

**Brand Consistency**
- Maintain consistency across all designs in terms of brand tone, typography, and visual elements.
- Follow brand guidelines while exploring new visual styles.

**Collaboration & Feedback**
- Work closely with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to deliver timely creatives.
- Accept feedback constructively and implement revisions efficiently.

**Trend Research**
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bring fresh ideas to creative projects by researching industry benchmarks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- **2 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience**, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setup.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects/Premiere is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing experience in e-commerce design, social media graphics, and packaging.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles for e-commerce websites.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or other online design platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
