**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and design visual content for digital and print materials including advertisements, brochures, social media assets, websites, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, product team, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and visually engaging content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
- Prepare design files for production and/or web publishing, ensuring they meet all technical specifications.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technology, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company’s visual identity, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines.
- Provide input and suggestions on design improvements and new creative strategies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency in design.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different departments and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
- Knowledge of print production processes.
