**JOB BRIEF:

The delivery boy's responsibilities include verifying the identities of recipients before handing over packages, updating the status of the delivery on the company’s website upon completion of each delivery, and accepting payment for delivered packages where required.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

- **
- **Delivering items**: Delivering packages, documents, and other items to customers
- **Following routes**: Following routes and time schedules
- **Loading and unloading**: Loading and unloading packages and goods from the delivery vehicle
- **Vehicle maintenance**: Performing regular maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle
- **Customer service**: Handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service
- **Communication**: Communicating with customers about delivery times and payment methods
- **Safety**: Adhering to road and traffic regulations and following DOT regulations and safety standards
- **Reporting**: Completing logs and reports
- **Collecting payments**: Collecting payments from customers if required
- **Providing information**: Informing customers about new products and services
