**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Utilize persuasive communication skills to convince and negotiate with customers effectively.

2. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of insurance sales processes to promote products and services.

3. Familiarity with home loan and personal loan sales to provide comprehensive assistance and information to customers.

4. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, explaining product features and benefits.

5. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

6. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

2. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
