**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in handling inquiries from international clients and processing sales orders.
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of rice shipments.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on shipment status, resolve any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track sales orders and monitor the status of shipments to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain customer databases and manage sales records and reports.
- Coordinate with production and quality control teams to ensure product availability and quality standards for export.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, sales reports, and marketing materials for international customers.
- Handle post-shipment activities, including payment follow-up and handling customer complaints if any arise.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure correct pricing, invoicing, and payment processes are followed.
- Stay updated on international trade regulations and customs requirements for rice exports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
