**Front Office Executive cum Sales Coordinator**
**Position**: Front Office cum Sales Coordinator
**Gender Preference**: Female

**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Handling**:
- Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls with fluency in English.
- Proactively engage with clients to close deals over the phone.
- Handle customer complaints and difficult clients with poise and professionalism.
- **Sales & Marketing Support**:
- Assist the sales and marketing teams by coordinating tasks and managing client communications.
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotes, and marketing materials.
- Ensure follow-ups and maintain updated records of leads and sales activities.
- **Front Desk & Office Administration**:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage couriers, including receiving and dispatching important documents.
- Maintain front office decorum and provide administrative support as needed.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction.
- Proactively address client queries and deliver solutions promptly.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Preferably a graduate.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage.
- Smart, confident, and capable of multitasking.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a bonus.
**Workplace Attire**: Formal.
**Working Hours**:
9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
