Shri Balaji Fuels is a newly established Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) Retail Outlet at Baridih, Ormanjhi, Ranchi. We are committed to providing top-quality fuel, customer service, and convenience facilities to our customers.

We are looking for energetic, responsible, and hardworking staff to join our team.
Available Positions:
1. Pump Attendant / Salesman

Fuel filling (Petrol/Diesel)

Customer service and cash handling

Ensuring safety and cleanliness at the pump

Assisting customers with Free Air/PUC/EV charging station (if applicable)

2. Cashier / Billing Staff

Managing cash, card, UPI transactions

Maintaining daily sales records

Coordinating with manager/owner

3. PUC Centre Operator

Operating Pollution Under Control (PUC) testing machine

Issuing certificates as per Govt. guidelines

4. Housekeeping & Utility Staff

Maintaining washrooms, premises cleanliness, and customer areas
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass (12th preferred)

Age: 18 - 35 years

Should be honest, disciplined, and customer-friendly

Prior experience at petrol pumps preferred but freshers can also apply
Salary & Benefits:
