**Company Profile**: SATnpaper is a 5-year-old start up providing online tutoring for standardized tests to students in India and abroad. The current team size is 100 employees/retainers.

**Tutor Online Teaching (SAT) - Verbal (English)**

**Job Type**: Full Time/Part time (work from home)

**Gender**: Female/Male

**Work Experience**: 6 months - 8 years in teaching in the relevant area.

**Working Hours**: 6 days working including Saturdays and Sundays with one weekly off.

**Roles & Responsibilities**: Will be responsible for training and mentoring the students in a result-oriented manner coupled with academic enrichment for self and the organization. A broad break-up of the role is as follows:
A. Tutoring

B. Student review

C. Content development and research.

**Requirements**:

- Laptop with 8 GB RAM and at least 1-3 processor
- A good broadband/ Fibre Wi-Fi connection with and upload as well as download speed of 50 mbps.
- A UPS on the Wi-Fi for uninterrupted internet connection.
- Should have a proper place to sit and conduct the training from home without any disturbance and with sufficient light.
- The position is of permanent employment and the tutor should not take up another full time or part time job.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

**Selection process**:
1. Screening of Resume

2. Interview through video call via Zoom call

3. Online Test and Online Demonstration class

5. He/she will be reviewed at the end of training before taking onboard

6. He/ She will be eligible for stipend too after successful completion of training (i.e., 15,000/-)(for freshers and who are new to SAT) Store
