**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Present and promote our service offerings to prospective leads and direct them to the
branch level of sales team.
- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate our offerings to meet those needs effectively and close the sales.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain data on their CRM software and use it effectively for improving business leads.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
**Languages**:
Good communication in **Hindi and Kannada mandatory**; Good communication in English is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
