The Medical Representative (MR) plays a crucial role in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies. The MR will develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring the company's products are well understood and prescribed. This position requires strong sales skills, product knowledge, and an ability to work effectively within the healthcare sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Promotion**:

- Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
- Ensure that the company’s products are introduced, discussed, and recommended to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and objectives.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information to healthcare professionals.
- Regularly visit key accounts to strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Knowledge & Competitor Analysis**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the medical and pharmaceutical industry.
- Monitor competitor products, market trends, and pricing strategies to identify new sales opportunities.
- Share relevant feedback from healthcare professionals to the company’s sales and marketing teams.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, product samples, and inventory management.
- **Product Knowledge & Training**:

- Continuously update and improve knowledge of company products and new medical research.
- Attend regular training sessions, conferences, and product launches to stay informed.
- Assist in organizing and conducting educational events and seminars for healthcare professionals.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure all activities comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Adhere to internal policies, codes of conduct, and industry guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience as a medical representative or in a similar sales role (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven and target-oriented.
- Ability to understand complex medical products and communicate benefits effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- Travel within the designated territory is required.
- Flexible working hours depending on client schedules and company events.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
