**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing the Paediatrics department’s outpatient, inpatient, and emergency services.
- Participate in academic activities, including teaching undergraduate students and junior residents.
- Conduct research projects and publish in reputed journals.

**Qualifications**:

- MD in Paediatrics from a recognized institution.

2. **Assistant Professor - Paediatrics**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in Paediatrics.
- Engage in clinical care, including outpatient, inpatient, and emergency services.
- Conduct and supervise research projects within the department.
- Participate in departmental meetings and academic administration.

**Qualifications**:

- MD in Paediatrics from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching or clinical experience post-MD.
- Proven experience in teaching, research, and clinical practice.

3. **Associate Professor - Paediatrics**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the teaching, research, and clinical care activities in the department.
- Guide and mentor junior faculty, residents, and students.
- Develop and update curriculum to ensure it aligns with the latest advancements in Paediatrics.
- Contribute to academic administration, departmental meetings, and institutional committees.
- Supervise and participate in research and publication efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- MD in Paediatrics from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of teaching and clinical experience post-MD.
- Strong research background with publications in reputed journals.

4. **Professor - Paediatrics**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Paediatrics department, setting high standards in teaching, research, and clinical services.
- Develop academic policies and strategic plans for departmental growth.
- Mentor and guide faculty, residents, and students in their academic and clinical careers.
- Conduct and oversee research initiatives, contributing to national and international publications.
- Actively participate in institutional committees and decision-making processes.

**Qualifications**:

- MD in Paediatrics from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching and clinical practice, with at least 5 years at the Associate Professor level.
- Proven leadership in academic and clinical settings, with a robust publication record.
