Project Planning and Management:

- Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers.
- Ensuring all resources for the project are available as per the plan.
- Ensuring timely completion of projects as per plan.
- Managing project scope, cost, and schedule from design to completion.
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Managing and coordinating construction activities.
- Preparing and submitting project reports.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Leading and managing teams of civil engineers and construction personnel.
- Providing direction, guidance, and feedback to team members.
- Fostering a collaborative environment among different departments and stakeholders.
- Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Compliance and Quality Control:

- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Controlling site costs and achieving cost reduction targets.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

- Solan, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Civil engineering: 10 years (preferred)
- Project scheduling: 10 years (preferred)
- Admin of Site: 10 years (preferred)
