**Job Description: Dance Teacher (Female)**
As a Dance Teacher, you should be dynamic, creative, and passionate about introducing young learners to the world of performing arts. You should have experience in choreography and dance instruction suited to primary school students. Your role includes nurturing creativity, rhythm, and confidence in students through structured dance lessons. Maintaining an English-speaking environment in the classroom and on campus remains a key responsibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging dance lessons suitable for primary school students.
- Incorporate various dance styles (classical, contemporary, folk, western, etc.) while aligning with the ICSE/ISC extracurricular framework.
- Foster creativity, self-expression, and confidence in students through performance and practice.
- Choreograph dances for annual functions, school events, and inter-school competitions.
- Evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance.
- Collaborate with other staff members to integrate dance into broader school activities and curriculum.
- Maintain discipline, ensure student safety during practice, and manage classes effectively.
- Communicate with parents regarding students' participation and progress in dance activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts, Dance, or a related field; training from a recognized dance institute is preferred.
- Experience teaching dance to children in a school setting, preferably within the ICSE/ISC curriculum.
- Strong communication, choreography, and classroom management skills.
- Fluency in English and ability to maintain an English-speaking environment during instruction.
- Energetic personality with a passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
