**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a talented **Graphic and Web Designer** who is passionate about creating visually appealing designs while ensuring websites are optimized for search engines. In this role, you will blend your creative skills with your knowledge of SEO to design compelling web experiences that drive traffic and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites.
- Create visually stunning graphics, banners, and other digital assets for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with developers and marketers to ensure brand consistency.
- Optimize websites for search engine visibility (on-page SEO).
- Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords into website content and meta tags.
- Monitor and improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and usability.
- Stay updated on design trends, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic and Web Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with web design platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in UI/UX design.
- Knowledge of video editing and animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
