Company Secretary (Internship)

**As a Company Secretary (CS) intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will be crucial in supporting the company's administrative and legal functions, and you will work closely with senior management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements**. The CS Intern will support the Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as executing various administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in corporate governance and legal matters within a dynamic business environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and maintaining statutory registers and records.
- Support the preparation of board meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and statutory obligations.
- Assist in the filing of statutory returns and forms with regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with various departments for the preparation of reports and documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Pursuing a degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Enrollment in a Company Secretary course is preferred.
- Strong academic record and keen interest in corporate governance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
