**DESCRIPTION**

Our Construction company is on the lookout for a Female Senior Architect with decent years of architectural experience. You will be responsible for planning and creating architectural designs that match industry standards and client requirements. Also, you should be able to conduct in-depth research to identify recent design trends and developments in the industry.

You should be able to create design models and provide briefs to clients. Besides, you should be able to make alterations to the design based on client feedback. Moreover, you should guide and oversee Junior Architects and other team members.

You should undertake visits to the construction sites. In addition to this, you should also ensure developing construction projects while adhering to the specified budget. Also, you should be able to communicate the project progress to clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyzing architectural designs and plans
- Ensuring all designs meet industry standards and government regulations
- Researching and inquiring about different materials
- Supervising Junior Architects and assigning them tasks
- Scheduling and delivering at skill enhancement workshops
- Explaining design requirements and specifications to Builders, Electricians, and Technicians
- Communicating project status and completion timelines to the clients
- Preparing building models and structure plans
- Conducting mockup sessions
- Guiding the construction project from start to finish
- Presenting project briefs to clients
- Understanding the clients’ requirements/preferences and environmental impacts on the construction project
- Creating blueprints and making alterations based on the feedback from the client
- Developing projects by adhering to the specified budget and timeline
- Undertaking regular site visits and inspections

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline
- Freshers or 1 to 2 years of experience as an Architect in a reputed architectural firm or construction company
- Basic understanding of the rules and regulations governing the Construction industry
- Familiarity with design software like Adobe Photoshop and 3d Studio VIZ
- Highly creative and detail-oriented individual
- Up-to-date with the latest architectural designs and trends
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Having an eye for detail
- Demonstrating good leadership skills
- Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
