Key Responsibilities:
Conduct laboratory experiments and analyses under the guidance of senior chemists.

Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and standards for experimental procedures.

Assist in the development of new products and processes through experimentation.

Document experiments and results accurately, maintaining detailed lab notebooks.

Perform quality control tests to ensure the accuracy and reliability of results.

Collaborate with team members on research projects and initiatives.

Maintain and organize laboratory equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and findings.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.

Strong understanding of fundamental chemistry principles and laboratory techniques.

Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment (e.g., spectrophotometers, chromatographs).

Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a laboratory setting.

**Skills**:Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in using computer software for data analysis and report writing.
