**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in researching and analyzing current and proposed policies, regulations, and trends to inform decision-making.
- Support the development of policy proposals and recommendations, including drafting documents, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of policies.
- Coordinate policy review processes, including collecting feedback from stakeholders and incorporating revisions as needed.
- Track legislative or regulatory changes relevant to the organization's policy landscape and update the team accordingly.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and preparing materials.
- Maintain a repository of policy-related documents, tracking timelines, and ensuring compliance with internal standards.
- Monitor the implementation of new policies and identify areas for improvement.
- Support public and internal communication efforts regarding new or updated policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
