We are looking for a motivated Research Associate to work with our U.S. Market Access Insights team in Bangalore. The full-time analyst position will research and write content pertaining to United States managed markets through analysis of National healthcare insurers. The RA will be responsible for determining the appropriate research techniques and transforming data into actionable insights for our client base.

**About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments**
- 1+ years of work experience in market research in the market access or pharma domain.
- Master’s degree or higher in pharmacy or any life science.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Moderate to advanced business writing skills.
- Equipped with MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

**It would be great if you also have -**
- Ability to distill complex information and strategies cogently in a short turnaround time.
- Solid understanding of the US healthcare marketplace and government programs such as Medicaid and Medicare.
- Ability to work with other analysts, experience working on multiple projects under tight deadlines, and great attention to detail.

**What will you be doing in this role?**
- Research, develop and produce high-quality content for assigned insight products and other projects as assigned, with weekly and monthly deadlines.
- Review, prioritize and analyze the information gathered and data to produce in-depth qualitative analyses for decision-makers in the biopharmaceutical industries.
- Track news and monitor industry trends to understand the roles of payers, PBMs, pharmacies, Federal and local government insurers, employers, specialty pharmacies, insurance and formulary dynamics

**About the Team**

Clarivate’s Market Access Insights unit offers proprietary data and hyper-local and hyper-targeted assessments of markets and treatment influencers (including Managed Care Organizations and innovative healthcare systems).

The India team consist of Senior team lead, Senior analyst, Analysts and Associate Analysts

**Hours of Work**

45 working hours a week with flexible time between 12:00PM - 09:00PM (IST), and this is a permanent role
