Store & Dispatch Executive

**Dispatch from FG Stock**:
- Generate customer bills and coordinate e-invoicing in consultation with the Sales team.
- Update FG stock levels daily and notify Sales of available stock prior to dispatch.
- Communicate with production regarding any stock discrepancies before dispatch.
- **Vehicle Arrangement for Dispatch**:
- Plan and confirm vehicle availability for dispatch based on the daily requirements.
- Arrange for courier or separate transport for deliveries to external customers.
- **Managing Incoming Stock**:
- Record daily stock inflows and outflows, ensuring consumable stock is accurately maintained.
- Perform monthly physical stock checks.
- Prepare container-wise stock statements.
- **Updating Stocks in Tally**:
- Verify incoming materials and generate Material Receipt Notes (MRN).
- Process Purchase Orders (PO) and submit them to Accounts for further action.
- Record stock entries and deductions daily, covering raw materials, consumables, and maintenance items.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
