Roles & Responsibility
- GENERAL ROUND: - Running production socks inspection on each machine for correct Yarn running (count & colour) checking, measurements Checking, PC & TS cross checking
- BIN AUDIT: - In a shift bin audit of 30 machines (2 m/c’s per line) audit by AQL 2.5 (2/20 socks inspection)
- Sample approval on articles changed machines after verifying all parameters
- Managing all Yarn & shade related issues (collecting problematic socks & cone for feedback)
- Re-audit of segregated bins in knitting
- One audit per machine on Rosso linking
- Pilot lot inspection. Safety
- Final Measurement & fitment check of running Article after yarn lot changed

**Key Result Areas**

**Quantitative**
- Be First Time Right-reduce bin failure%
- Reduce the final audit failure% in internal
- Ensure to Zero Consumer/Customer Complaint
- Ensure Quality consistency for GU and MOD business
- Internal & customer quality SOP Documentation & implementation in respective process area with solve identified quality problems
- Team Development & Training of Workmen

**Qualitative**
- Documents, Record Keeping
- Proper checking & audit plan for each sample

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
